Dear St. Francis Area School Families,
We have heard the frustration regarding the Zonar MyView bus tracking app. We have been working with Zonar and our Transportation department for the past several weeks to identify the problem. In order to get our bus tracking app up and running effectively, we will need to do a full data reset. We are anticipating this process to take a week to complete. During this time, the app will not be functioning.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the app not being accurate. We want to assure you that the Zonar MyView app is reputable and works for many other districts. The issues caused by the app are not an accurate representation of Zonar or our Transportation department. We are working diligently to fix the problem.
We understand the importance of the functionality of the app, especially as colder weather approaches. Thank you for your patience.
